ANNAPOLIS, MD—Snell Properties of Arlington, VA has added theJames multifamily development here in a deal valued at $75.6million or approximately $320,000 per unit.

The James is a newly developed 236-unit apartment buildinglocated at 251 Admiral Cochrane Drive. The property was developedand constructed by JLB Partners in 2017.
