Urban Outfitters Leasing New 309K SF Facility Bristol Commerce Center, Bristol, PA

Urban Outfitters will lease a new 309,000 square foot industrial facility that was just announced as a spec build in October.

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA—Bristol Commerce Center’s developers are wasting little time getting the park’s expansion buildings leased up.

Less than three months after announcing the start of construction of a new speculative warehouse, BCC says Urban Outfitters will occupy a new 309,000 square foot industrial facility on 20 of the park’s 81 acres. Construction began the first week of December and the future fabric warehouse is expected to be ready for occupancy by mid-year.

“We are thrilled to welcome iconic Philadelphia brand Urban Outfitters as the future tenant of our facility currently under construction” says Jamie Herring, principal of Herring Properties, the developer of BCC. Herring Properties also recently successfully finished the construction of 2151 Green Lane, an 80,000 square-foot new industrial facility leased to Hughes Enterprises, at the Bristol Commerce Center.

Bristol Commerce Center is in a designated Keystone Opportunity Expansion Zone through 2022. The KOEZ designation provides substantial financial tax abatements to businesses looking to relocate or expand in the area. Occupants will not only be afforded KOEZ benefits, but also the newly opened interconnection of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and I-95, which is only 3 miles away. Current tenants include XPO Logistics, AirGas Corporation, Goodyear and PetValu.
