Real Estate Forum's next Influencers series will be in the March/April issue and we will be featuring experts in the net lease sector. If you are someone who has made an indelible impact on their line of business through contributions to the industry, or via extensive deals and projects we want to hear from you. Or perhaps you — or someone you know — has introduced innovations or best practices to the space. In short we we are looking for both people and organizations that have helped to shape their field and where it is headed. Developers, investors and brokers to those introducing new concepts and products to the business are all welcome and urged to apply.

What You Need to Know

• Individuals, teams or organizations may be nominated. If submitting individuals, no more than 5 nominees per company. We encourage you to limit your entries to nominees who have made indelible and lasting impacts on the business.
• All nominations must include a color headshot. Files must be minimum 300 dpi file in .jpg format.
• Late or incomplete entries will not be considered. All fields are required.
• Because this form automatically times out after a period of inactivity, we highly suggest you have all your information on hand before you start. You should fill out the prep form available here and copy and paste your responses. That site also is also where the application can be found.
