Colliers Appoints Co-Heads to Lead Capital Markets Platform
David Amsterdam and David Kotansky are based on the East and West Coasts.
Colliers International Group has announced that it has tapped David Amsterdam, President – Investments, Leasing and Eastern Region | USA, and David Kotansky, Managing Director | Portland, to lead the company’s US Capital Markets platform.
In addition to their current responsibilities, Amsterdam and Kotansky will work with Colliers’ capital markets professionals to provide investment and financing services to clients.
Amsterdam’s background is in both global brokerage and public REIT vehicles. He has also held leadership roles in the commercial real estate services industry.
