David AmsterdamColliers International Group has announced that it has tapped David Amsterdam, President – Investments, Leasing and Eastern Region | USA, and David Kotansky, Managing Director | Portland, to lead the company's US Capital Markets platform.
In addition to their current responsibilities, Amsterdam and Kotansky will work with Colliers' capital markets professionals to provide investment and financing services to clients.

Amsterdam's background is in both global brokerage and public REIT vehicles. He has also held leadership roles in the commercial real estate services industry. Kotansky's background is in working with institutional clients. “I have no doubt that under their leadership, our Capital Markets platform will add great value to our growing business and be a strategic asset for our professionals across the US,” said Gil Borok, Colliers' Chief Operating Officer | US Operations.
