ST. PAUL, MN–The Opus Group completed construction on a 86,632-square-foot industrial building in the St. Paul Port Authority’s Beacon Bluff Business Center. Additionally, the first lease deal for the space has been inked by Terracon Consultants Inc. The engineering consulting will occupy 15,300 square feet later this month.

“We’re excited to move to St. Paul and the renovated Beacon Bluff Business Center,” said David Wolfgram, office manager of Terracon. “This new location is closer to several of our clients and provides easy access to anywhere in the Twin Cities via Interstate 35E.”

The lease rates of the deal were not disclosed.

The new building includes 24-foot clear height, as well as an exposed aggregate precast exterior. The remaining 71,332 square feet are available for lease. Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Hanson and Jason Sell are working to lease the space.
