WASHINGTON, DC—JLL announced that Managing Directors Christine Espenshade and David Martin will lead the firm's US multifamily investment sales platform. Espenshade, based in Washington, DC, will lead the firm's East region, while Denver-based Martin will lead the West. Both will continue to report to David Williams, International Director and Head of JLL Multifamily. “Christine and David are highly respected within the firm and have a professional rapport with many institutional investors,” Williams said.

In their new roles, Espenshade and Martin will focus on integrating JLL's institutional investment sales professionals to create more consistent services for our multifamily clients.

Their appointment complements the investments in technology that JLL has made to allow for better capital markets collaborations around the globe, it says.
