Adkisson Buys 225 Acres In Baytown Submarket

The 225 acres are zoned for both heavy and light industrial uses.

Houston, TX—Adkisson Group Inc. acquired approximately 225 acres in the Baytown area for the development of Bay 10 Business Park.

Located on the west side of Grand Parkway and just south of I-10 East, the property is zoned for both light and heavy industrial uses. In addition to offering sites for sale or build to suit, Adkisson Group Inc. will soon begin the permitting process and construction on 10,000 to 30,000 square feet freestanding buildings that will offer acreage for outside storage and crane capabilities. Currently most of the business parks nearby only cater to larger rail-served sites.
