7926 Jones Branch Dr.

McLEAN, VA—B.F. Saul is moving forward with plans to develop 7926 Jones Branch Dr. here into an 18-story tower twice its current size. The new building is slated to deliver in mid-2023. B.F. Saul has tapped Cushman & Wakefield's Moe Hamilton, Chris Sowick, Jeanette Ko and Will Thomas to provide agency leasing services for the building, which is part of Tysons Park Place.

B.F. Saul has given indications over the months that it was considering taking this step. In August of 2018 it submitted plans to double the square footage of 7926 Jones Branch Dr., from 260,000 square feet to 450,000 square feet, according to the Tysons Reporter.

The ten-year old sister building Park Place II is 311,600 square and serves as the Hilton Worldwide headquarters. Park Place I could also be a headquarters opportunity once it is complete, says Hamilton.

Designed by architecture firm HOK, the building will be LEED Gold certified and provide immediate access to Interstate 495. It will include such amenities as a ground-level fitness center, ground-floor retail and café, an outdoor bike park and indoor bike storage.
