StorageMart Expands with New Self Storage Facility in Overland Park, KS
StorageMart, the largest privately owned self storage company, is adding 80,000 square feet of climate controlled storage in the Overland Park, KS, market.
OVERLAND PARK, KS—Columbus, MO-based StorageMart, is opening a new storage facility in Overland Park, KS. It’s the fourth location in the area and the 32nd in the Kansas City metro area. The new facility, located at 15415 Metcalf Avenue, is a multi-story building constructed in 2017, offering exclusively climate controlled units. The facility contains 639 units and nearly 80,000 square feet of rentable space in a convenient location off Metcalf Avenue and 154th Terrace.

The new expansion includes large indoor loading bays where customers can load and unload unaffected by the weather. Other amenities include an onsite office, video surveillance, and keypad access to the building.
