Target at CityLine
WASHINGTON, DC—Target is coming to Tenleytown, specifically at CityLine, a historic retail site located at 4500 Wisconsin Ave., NW, at the intersection of Wisconsin and River roads. The site once housed the first Sears location in Washington, DC.
CBRE SVP Michael Zacharia arranged the 46,016 square-foot lease for Target at CityLine.
“Target's opening in Tenleytown will be an incredible asset for all of Northwest Washington, D.C. and its surrounding areas, Zacharia says in a prepared statement. “The flagship site offers notable character and convenient access for Metro riders with an entrance directly in the building, as well as dedicated parking under the store, providing unparalleled ease of entry.”
Target expects to open in 2020.
