The seller was KeystoneProperty of Conshohocken, PA, which has owned the officecomplex since 2006, according to RealCapital Analytics, a proprietary researchdatabase that tracks commercial real estate transactions,.Financial details were not disclosed.
VFPP is located less than three miles away fromboth King of Prussia Town Center and Kingof Prussia Mall, providing exceptional retail andentertainment amenities to its tenants. VFPP wasconstructed in 1978, underwent a significant renovation in 2007 andis 96 percent leased.
