CHICAGO, IL—Tenants in luxury multifamilyproperties are looking for experiential amenities that fit changinglifestyles, or which support and reinforce personal values,according to two executives who specialize in designing uniqueamenities for these properties.
Randy Fifield is chairwoman of FifieldRealty, overseeing design, marketing and execution ofFifield apartment projects in Chicago and forCentury West Partners in Los Angeles, both ofwhich have 3,000 apartment units indevelopment. Tara Hovey, president andCOO of Optima, has led the capitalization andfinancing of more than $1 billion in real estate, includingconstruction financing for new developments, recapitalizations andbuilding dispositions.
