The Dallas Cowboys’ latest endeavor, Formation, offers private offices in the workspace membership.

FRISCO, TX—Beginning tomorrow, a limited number of memberships for Formation will be available to the public. Located at The Star, the Dallas Cowboys’ latest business endeavor is a workspace where members will enjoy professional resources and leverage the Cowboys home field advantage for individual business success. It is set to open in early summer 2019.

“Formation was inspired by the Dallas Cowboys’ own world headquarters, which opened in 2016 at The Star in Frisco,” Jerry Jones Jr., Dallas Cowboys executive vice president and chief sales and marketing officer, tells GlobeSt.com. “The elevated aesthetic, work amenities, and accessibility to fitness, entertainment and distinctive business innovations led our family to consider how other entrepreneurs and executives could also benefit from similar access and inspiration in their own business pursuits.”

The realization of that vision comes by way of Formation, where members can now work the Cowboys way. Through a carefully curated application process, Formation will create an exclusive community of business professionals to encourage innovation and foster relationship building.

Members will have access to a fully furnished workspace, well-appointed business amenities, neighboring conveniences, and take inspiration from this sports franchise through members-only events and content exclusively created by the Dallas Cowboys’ front office staff.

“Formation is rooted in the winning spirit of the Dallas Cowboys and we believe business professionals can channel that same spirit and leverage it for their benefit,” said Jones. “By combining the sophisticated aesthetic, influential network of our membership and one-of-a-kind access to business expertise from the Cowboys front office, I believe we are creating an atmosphere that can allow entrepreneurs and executives to reach new heights within their business.”

Membership options are available to meet varying business needs, providing maximum flexibility to accommodate groups and individuals alike.

Field Formation (open workspace): Access to an open and shared workspace in an elevated environment that maximizes collaboration and connectivity through consistent interactions with other members.

Fixed Formation (dedicated desks): A select number of dedicated desks allow members to enjoy the benefits of an open workspace and the consistency of a reserved location alongside ample amenities.

Full Formation (private offices): A limited selection of private offices accommodates groups of one to five people, as well as The Star’s coveted mailing address and 24/7 access to Formation.

The Dallas-Fort Worth office market experienced a healthy finish to 2018, an indicator for a continually stable market, according to a fourth quarter report by Cushman & Wakefield. As of the beginning of the year, there was currently 3.2 million square feet of new space under construction. This is compared to 5.1 million square feet at the end of 2017. During the fourth quarter of 2018, close to 450,000 square feet delivered in the Dallas suburbs. Cushman & Wakefield is projecting almost 3 million square feet of new office slated for completion in 2019, which would be slightly less than the 3.5 million square feet delivered in 2018.
