4747 Bethesda Ave.
BETHESDA, MD—Pebblebrook Hotel Trust is relocating its headquarters to 4747 Bethesda Ave., JBG Smith's trophy office building that is delivering this Fall. Pebblebrook is taking 16,000 square feet in the 15-story, 291,414 square foot office building.
The REIT is consolidating its space from nearby 7315 Wisconsin Ave., following its $5.1 billion acquisition of LaSalle Hotel Properties, which is located at 7550 Wisconsin Ave.
Pebblebrook is the fifth tenant to commit to 4747 Bethesda Ave., and the fourth to make the building its headquarters location, a group that includes JBG Smith, Orano USA, Host Hotels & Resorts and Booz Allen Hamilton.
