Colliers Brings 5831 Tilghman Street to Full Occupancy in Allentown
The new tenants offer poke bowls, Thai ice cream, and mortgage loans in a location already occupied by a Dunkin Donuts.
ALLENTOWN, PA—With two recently signed leases, the Colliers International Allentown retail team has brought 5831 Tilghman Street, at the corner of Blue Barn Road and Tilghman in Allentown, to full occupancy.
Yaro Poke Bowl and Hand Rolled Ice Cream will offer eight signature poke bowls and made-to-order Thai style ice cream. PrimeLending, a subsidiary of PlainsCapital and parent Hilltop Holdings, is a national residential mortgage lender providing home loans, home renovation loan and mortgage refinancing. Both join existing tenant Dunkin Donuts.
Seth Lacey represented Yaro in its lease, while Scott Horner represented the landlord for both transactions.
