Kearney from Tishman Speyer Joins GlenStar Executive Team

Patrick Kearney has been responsible for the acquisition, disposition and development of more than 35 million square feet and $8.5 billion of commercial and residential property.

CHICAGO, IL—Patrick J. Kearney, formerly a regional managing director with Tishman Speyer, has joined GlenStar Properties‘ executive team as a principal.

Kearney will be an integral part of the leadership team, heading up acquisitions and development, the company says. He also will assist with asset management and other strategic corporate initiatives.

A career commercial real estate executive, Kearney has been responsible for the acquisition, disposition and development of more than 35 million square feet and $8.5 billion of commercial and residential property. At Tishman Speyer, he led more than 20 professionals and was instrumental in all acquisition, financing and development activities, and established asset management and leasing strategies for the firm’s entire Midwest portfolio.

He previously worked within Lincoln Property Company’s Pension Fund Advisory Group where he focused on acquisition and asset management of a national portfolio of diverse property types.

Kearney holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
