Metro Commercial Books Retail Leases at Montco and Lehigh County Centers

The three Trexlertown leases expand the center’s offerings and provide customers with a well-rounded shopping experience, says Metro Commercial's Valerie Pettine.

TREXLERTOWN AND BLUE BELL, PA—Metro Commercial Real Estatearranged three lease signings at Trexlertown Plaza, 7150 Hamilton Boulevard, and the Trexler Mall, 6900 Hamilton Boulevard, Trexlertown, PA, and two leases at Centre Square Commons, 936 Dekalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA.

In the Trexlertown deals, the leasing team representing the landlord, Cedar Realty Trust, was led by Valerie Pettine, vice president of brokerage services; Joe Dougherty, executive vice president of brokerage services and principal; and Glenn Marvin, executive vice president of brokerage services and principal.

Trexlertown Plaza and the Trexler Mall are adjacent centers located right off of Hamilton Boulevard and Trexlertown Road, a major thoroughfare connecting Routes 222 and 100. The shopping centers are adjacent to Air Products’ campus, the Lehigh Valley’s largest employer. Other retailers include Hobby Lobby, Giant, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and Burlington.

The leasing team for Centre Square Commons was led by Pat Gallagher, vice president of brokerage services, with assistance from Melissa Lippe, senior sales associate.

Centre Square Commons also is home to Aldi, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Starbucks, and Zoës Kitchen. It serves a daytime population of approximately 179,453 people.
