Carr Signs a 55,000 SF Lease at The Wilson

ProShares is taking space at the building, which is expected to deliver in 2020.

WASHINGTON, DC—Carr Properties has signed a 55,000 square foot lease at The Wilson, one of two office towers under construction in Bethesda, MD. ProShares is the new tenant and its lease brings the building’s office space to 59% leased.

The Wilson and its sister residential building, The Elm are located in Downtown Bethesda at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and Elm Street. The Wilson is located at 7272 Wisconsin Ave., and will include 361,000-square feet of office space and 456 multifamily units. The project is adjacent to the new Bethesda transit station which provides access to the Red Line and the Purple Line.

Carr Properties broke ground at The Wilson in Q1 2017.
