BOLINGBROOK, IL—Ulta Beauty leased an additional 70,720 square feet in its corporate headquarters building at Tallgrass Corporate Center, 1000 Remington Blvd., Bolingbrook, IL. This lease brings Ulta Beauty’s total footprint in the building to nearly 379,000 square feet. Colliers International Chicago’s Frederick Regnery, Ryan Barr and Alain LeCoque represented Ulta Beauty.

“Ulta Beauty has continued to grow rapidly throughout the years,” says Regnery, principal at Colliers Chicago. “This expansion will support their continued growth and provide additional space and amenities to attract and retain talent.”

Tallgrass Corporate Center is a 533,365-square-foot class A office building located in Will County. The building offers easy access to I-55, I-355 and Route 53. Middleton Partners, the building landlord, is constructing a new tenant lounge in the building for Ulta Beauty and other building tenants. This is in addition to a suite of onsite amenities, including a full-service fitness center, conference center, cafeteria and outdoor walking path.

Ulta Beauty is the largest beauty retailer in the US, featuring cosmetics, fragrance, skin care products, hair care products and salon services. The company has maintained its headquarters in Tallgrass Corporate Center since 2008.
