Home developer Baldwin & Sons delivers another housing community, Alay at Otay Ranch, in Chula Vista, and tells GlobeSt.com why the community has been such a hotspot.

While Alay is helping to fulfill that need, local military families near Otay Ranch are driving a lot of the demand in the area. “San Diego County at large remains a highly desirable place to live. Thus, we are seeing a lot of military family interest in Alay, as well as in our other new home communities inside, and near, Otay Ranch.”
First-time buyers are also flocking to the Chula Vista market.
