Texas Retail Finds No Lack of Investment Suitors

More than 78,700 residents earning an average annual household income of $82,243 live within a three-mile radius of Gateway Plaza, which is 16 miles north of downtown San Antonio in a northeast suburb.

Nooner Holdings recently purchased the 136,553-square-foot retail center for an undisclosed price. The Burlington-anchored property was completed in 2008 and is 98.3% leased to a variety of national and local tenants, including Goodwill, Laser Legend, Furniture Now, James Avery Craftsman and Great Clips, among others.

HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Tryperion Partners. Additionally, HFF brokered the sale of this property to then-buyer Tryperion Partners in 2014.
