DANIA BEACH, FL—The City of Dania Beach is seeking proposalsfrom developers to engage in a public-private partnership toredevelop a 6.42-acre downtown site into a mixed-use developmentthat could total as much as 1.4 million square feet.
The city released the request for proposals in March and has seta deadline for submittals for May 30.
