Burlingame Point Gets $515M Construction Financing
Kylli Inc. has obtained construction financing for Burlingame Point, a new 803,000-square-foot office campus that is fully leased to Facebook Inc. for occupancy by Oculus, Facebook's virtual reality company.
BURLINGAME, CA—Kylli Inc. has obtained construction financing for Burlingame Point, a new 803,000-square-foot office campus. Burlingame Point is fully leased to Facebook Inc. for occupancy by Oculus, Facebook’s virtual reality company. The campus is expected to be completed in 2020.
The $515 million financing was provided by JP Morgan and Starwood Property Trust. Kylli was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
