Despite the affordability crisis, luxury-housing product continues to see high demand. Developer Palisades has reached 50% sold in its 56-unit luxury condo project The Liddel in the Wilshire Corridor. The developer has also sold the two highest priced pent houses in the building. Each sold for $3.7 million.

The Liddel sales launched in July 2018. The property has a mix of one bedroom and one bedroom with den residences measuring up to 1,347 square feet and two-bedroom residences measuring 1,520 square feet. The eight penthouse residences feature two-bedrooms and a den and three-bedroom floor plans up to 2,700 square feet. Pricing ranges from $1.3 million to over $3 million.

Interior architect Jamie Bush designed the property. The property includes communal spaces, including a magnificent rooftop with fireplace, lounge areas and BBQ, while the penthouses feature floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive interior living spaces and private rooftop terraces.
