Construction Begins on Major Mixed-Use Project in Hoboken

1000 Maxwell Lane will feature additional street-level retail, six stories of state-of-the-art office, and five stories of condominiums.

HOBOKEN, NJ—Construction began this week on a major mixed-use project at 1000 Maxwell Lane, the final building in Toll Brothers City Living’s major mixed-use development at historic Maxwell Place being developed with Pinnacle Downtown.

1000 Maxwell Lane will feature street-level retail, office space and luxury condominiums. The development at the intersection of 11th Street and Maxwell Lane in Uptown Hoboken, is part of Toll Brothers City Living’s larger Maxwell Place development that includes three luxury residential towers comprising 755 units, a waterfront park, and a diverse mix of retail.
