Architecture firm Wilson Associates has named Kathleen Lynch as operations director. Lynch brings more than 15 years of professional experience as a LEED-accredited interior designer to the firm. In her new role, she will oversee hospitality projects in Nevada, California, throughout the Southwest region, including a large-scale development by Resorts World in Las Vegas in partnership with Campbell Collective.

Lynch has experience in gaming and hospitality industries and previously worked with a prominent Las Vegas-based architecture. In her career, she has led professional development planning sessions, digital marketing programs, and client relationship competency programs.
