2001 Pennsylvania Ave., NW

WASHINGTON, DC—Carr Properties will be adding the move-in suites that it has branded WaveOffice to 2001 Pennsylvania Ave., NW. The company already offers these short-term rentals at its holdings at 3033 Wilson Blvd., in Arlington, VA and at 1616 L St., NW in the District.

Specifically WaveOffice offers turnkey private spec suites that range from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet with short-term license agreements.

WaveOffice 2001 Penn is scheduled to deliver in summer 2019.

The space at 1615 L St., NW has proven to be popular. There is only one suite remaining there following a new lease that Carr Properties signed a lease with Pie Insurance. The workers' compensation startup will occupy two suites totaling 6,969 square feet next month, joining Rive and Brightfield Strategies.
