Ryan Cos. and DWS Group have broken ground on Vantage Point, a 534,000-square-foot industrial logistics facility in Poway, CA. The property is the largest industrial property to come to the San Diego market in 20 years.
The two-building property will feature all of the class-A bells and whistles. It will include 36-foot clear heights, K22 heads, up to 113 dock-high doors—one door per 4,725 square feet—12 drive-in doors, 180-foot wide concrete truck court, 8-inch warehouse concrete slabs with 4,000 PSI and 4,000 Amps of 277-480 Volt power.
Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers Mickey Morera and James Duncan will handle leasing for the property. With limited supply of new, quality industrial product in San Diego, they expect strong interest.
