Jersey City HQ Office Design Makes Kimmerle Newman ‘Good Neighbor’

Kimmerle Newman Architect’s 111 Littleton Road, a three story, 36,389 square-foot office building located in the heart of Parsippany, NJ was converted from a tired Class C building into a modern Class A structure, and was nominated and won a Good Neighbor Award from the New Jersey Business & Industry Association as well.

JERSEY CITY, NJ—The New Jersey Business & Industry Association has bestowed Harding Township, NJ-based Kimmerle Newman Architects with its “New Good Neighbor Award” for the firm’s design of SCYNEXIS’s new headquarters at the One Evertrust Plaza office building here.

The architectural firm. which also has operations based in New York City, earned the honor from the trade group for its design and furnishing of the entire 13th floor for the fledgling biotech company.
