Developer Cusumano Real Estate Group has completed construction of Talaria Burbank, a 241-unit apartment project in Burbank. Part of the Media District Specific Plan, the project has been two decades in the making. The property is the first LEED Gold-certified apartment project in Burbank.

In addition to the apartment units, Talaria Burbank is anchored by a 42,000-square-foot Whole Foods on the ground floor. The property also offers services and amenities, including an on-site concierge, fitness center with spin room and saunas, a lap pool with cabanas and outdoor kitchen, 34-seat private screening room, business center, bike storage, wine storage, dry bar salon, massage facilities, pet spa, dog run with play park, three courtyards, and rooftop lounge.

The project is part of the Media District Specific Plan.
