The winning buildings include Jordan Downs Phase 1B in LosAngeles, which received the Judges Special Award of Excellence;Legacy Square in Santa Ana, which won for Best On-the-BoardsAffordable Housing Community; California Baptist University EventsCenter in Riverside, winning for Best Special Use Project; ChaffeyCollege Academic Villages at Chino and Fontana Campuses in Chinoand Fontana, which won for Best Educational Project.
