Greystar Inks Deal With San Diego Padres

The firm’s Park 12 – The Collection project in San Diego’s East Village will be the luxury rental partner for the San Diego Padres.

Greystar has inked a deal with the San Diego Padres. The company’s Park 12 – The Collection apartment project in the East Village of San Diego will be the luxury rental partner of the San Diego Padres.

The apartment community is located across the street from the baseball team’s home field, Petco Park. The partnership includes branding at Petco Park and for residents, it includes special perks, like access to game and event tickets. Park 12 will create special VIP experiences at the property for guests.
