Austin company acquisition C&W West president Andrew McDonald says Austin remains one of the fastest-growing US markets.

AUSTIN, TX—Cushman & Wakefield has acquired the Austin, TX operations of Peloton Commercial Real Estate, a real estate brokerage, property management and project management firm. Peloton's portfolio of leased/managed properties includes 5 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use property in the greater Austin area.

The acquisition will add 40 Peloton Austin employees to Cushman & Wakefield, including Peloton's three partners: Kevin Granger, Brian Liverman and Matt Frizzell. Peloton's operations in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston are unaffected by the acquisition.
