HACKENSACK, NJ—National staffing and executive search firm The Solomon Page Group has signed a new lease deal at the Continental Plaza Office Center here.

The firm which is headquartered at 260 Madison Ave., in Manhattan, signed a lease for 4,502 square feet at the Continental Plaza Office Center at 401-433 Hackensack Ave. NAI James E. Hanson’s W. Joshua Levering, SIOR, and Nicholas DePaolera represented the The Solomon Page Group in the transaction with landlord, JD CP Investors, LLC.

Solomon Page Group has more than a dozen offices across the United States, including additional locations in the New York metro area in Old Greenwich, CT and Hauppauge on Long Island.

NAI Hanson’s Levering says that a priority for Solomon Page was having a well-located, modern office in the northern New Jersey market. “It will allow them to work more efficiently with their regional clients and expand their services in the local marketplace,” he added.

Continental Plaza is a three-building 650,000 Class-A high-rise office complex that was acquired by JD CP Investors in 2016. The ownership is currently undertaking significant capital improvements in the common areas at the property, DePaolera says. Additional on-site amenities of food and conference areas have totally repositioned the property to adhere with the needs of today’s tenants and employers, he adds.

“Despite some negativity surrounding the office sector in recent years, we continue to see strong leasing velocity for modern and well-located office properties like Continental Plaza,” Levering says. “We know this trend will continue as modern and prestigious companies like SPG compete for an increasingly limited pool of well amenitized and ideally-suited spaces.”
