Converge Relocates HQs to 25 W. 39th St.

NEW YORK CITY—Converge Marketing is moving its headquarters from 33 E. 33rd St. between Madison and Park avenues to a new Midtown location at 25 W. 39th St. between Fifth and Sixth avenues. The advertising and marketing firm signed a 10-year lease with Thor Equities for 13,116 square feet, occupying the entire sixth floor of the 16-story, 205,000-square-foot office building. An industry source tells GlobeSt.com that asking rents in the building are in the high $50s.

Converge uses data to assist companies in their media strategy, omni-channel marketing, brand audits, campaign management and other digital services. Founded in 2006, its clients include ADT, AT&T, Renewal by Andersen, Great Wolf Resorts, Medifast and Wayfair. The company has other locations in Mount Kisco in Westchester, NY and in San Diego, CA.
