Realm Group Buys Second DTLA Development Site

The Realm Group has acquired a 1.5-acre land site in Downtown Los Angeles with plans to build a 36-story, 422-unit multifamily high-rise. The Realm Group is a joint venture between Realm Real Estate and The Bascom Group, and this is the group’s second purchase in Downtown Los Angeles.

Located at 675 South Bixel Street, the planned property will feature one of the largest amenity decks in Downtown Los Angeles. It will include a 40,000-square-foot amenity deck on the 5th floor with a pool terrace and spacious dog park.

HFF’s capital team, led by Charles Halladay, Jamie Kline, Nicholas Lench and Samuel Godfrey secured land financing through Starwood Property Trust for the purchase.
