Software Firm Triples its Space at AllenPlace
Due to Cytracom’s rapid growth and plans to increase its workforce by 30%, it is tripling its space at AllenPlace I, which will soon span 11,870 square feet.
ALLEN, TX—Software firm Cytracom is expanding its office space due to the company’s rapid growth. The firm is tripling its space, which will soon span 11,870 square feet at AllenPlace I located at 450 Century Pkwy. The expanded office will accommodate management’s plans to increase the size of its workforce by 30%.
Built just three years ago, the class-A AllenPlace building is located off Highway 75. The space provides access for Cytracom employees with its proximity to major highways, area restaurants and retail shops, including the Watters Creek mixed-use development. Building amenities include a new on-site deli and fitness center.
