Santa Clara Square Digital signs pinpoint the exact pick-up location for Lyft cars at Santa Clara Square.

SANTA CLARA, CA—A new approach for easily connecting rideshare drivers and customers has been introduced at Santa Clara Square: digital signs that pinpoint the exact pick-up location. The system, a collaboration between Irvine Company, Lyft and RideStop, allows Lyft drivers and tenants/visitors to meet up within the 100-acre mixed-use community. It establishes pre-set easy-to-find pick-up locations that are identifiable by numbered yellow, black and gray RideStop signs.

“We’re very excited about this program because it already has improved the overall rideshare experience for our office customers and visitors by letting them know exactly where to connect with their rides,” said Todd Hedrick, regional vice president, Irvine Company Office Properties. “Besides saving them time, it increases safety by improving the flow of vehicles and people at our workplace communities.”
