Santa Ana Apartments Trade at $101M

LaTerra Development has sold its transit-oriented apartment project the Line in Santa Ana for $101 million. The project is currently under construction and is expected to deliver in the next three months. LaTerra will stay on the project to complete construction.

The Line is a 228-unit apartment complex at 3630 W. Westminster Ave. in Santa Ana. It features a 2,200-square-foot fitness center, a resort-style pool deck with cabanas, a spa and an outdoor fireplace. It also includes 4,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

The name of the buyer was not disclosed. LaTerra acquired the land for the development in 2015.
