Single-Family Rental Demand Spurs New Housing Concept

The Empire Group of Cos. has broken ground on Village at Pebble Creek, a rental community of single-family homes in Goodyear, AZ. There is strong demand for single-family homes in the Greater Phoenix market, and the developer estimated the market could face a rental deficit as early as next year. This project aims to fulfill the demand while offering residents the convenience of a rental property.

Village at Pebble Creek will include 184 single-family homes in a gated community. It will also feature a full amenity package, including a pet park and pet salon; swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit and barbeques; resident clubhouse and high-speed fiber optic Internet delivery.

Village at Pebble Creek is scheduled for delivery in December of this year.
