PHILADELPHIA—Dranoff Properties broke ground earlier this weekon its latest project, a 47-story condominium tower located atBroad and Spruce streets, across from the Kimmel Center for thePerforming Arts.

The $253-million Arthaus condo tower will feature 108 units,more than 36,000 square feet of amenities, including a rooftopgreenhouse, and more than 4,200 square feet of ground floorretail.
