RD Foods Americas Inks 102,000 SF Lease in Fair Lawn
The Fair Lawn location is RD Foods Americas’ third New Jersey warehouse and will be used to distribute a variety of international, fresh and high-quality food ranging from seafood to fruits and vegetables.
FAIR LAWN, NJ—Commercial brokerage firm NAI James E. Hanson reports that RD Foods Americas has signed a lease for a majority of the more than 151,700-square-foot 19-05 Nevins Road industrial building here.
The privately-held manufacturing company signed a lease for 101,811 square feet at the property. NAI James E. Hanson’s Eric Demmers and Russ Verducci represented the tenant in the transaction.

A part of the RD Group of Companies, RD Foods Americas has warehouses in nine locations and has been able to serve a wide range of customers across the nation for two decades. The Fair Lawn lease will allow the company to further expand its reach bring its products to its consumers for years to come, NAI James E. Hanson states.
