The acquisition strengthens Newmark’s Southwest position, which is a key region for the firm.
ACRES current Southwest footprint includes Salt Lake City, Davis/Weber County and Utah County, and additional presence in Boise, Idaho and Reno, Nevada.
ACRES has a total of five offices and 45 brokers. Its current suite of services includes landlord and tenant representation, investment sales and asset management services to nearly 10 million square feet.
