Jovi McAndrew

WASHINGTON, DC—Jovi McAndrew has been recruited by Cushman & Wakefield to join its Washington DC metro region leasing team. He will be an executive managing director specializing in landlord and tenant advisory. Peter Carroccio, managing principal for the Washington, DC Metro region of Cushman & Wakefield pointed in particular to McAndrew's “reputation and expertise in Suburban Maryland”.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, McAndrew served as EVP of occupier solutions at Transwestern Commercial Services.

McAndrews has more than 25 years of experience representing tenants in the area. He has completed commercial real estate transactions for over 7 million square feet of office, flex, research and development, and industrial space. In his new role, McAndrew will be working with both tenant and agency clients locally and nationally.
