White Star Acquires Old Town Alexandria Building

Francis Scott Key Bridge connects Washington, DC with Northern Virginia.

BETHESDA, MD—Locally-based White Star investments has acquired 110 S. Pitt St.,in Old Town Alexandria. The 9,000 square foot building consists of 4200 square feet of restaurant space that was formerly occupied by Restaurant Eve for 15 years. The building, built in the early 1800s, also has three residential units and one office user. White Star is currently pursuing upscale restaurant tenants that fit the Old Town’s dining scene.

The acquisition is White Star’s 11th commercial asset in the DC area. Principal Rueben Bajaj said that Alexandria was a logical move based on the its vicinity to DC “and the culture that is growing around the city of Alexandria.”
