A private foreign investor buys a medical mixed-use property in Pasadena in an all-cash transaction.

A foreign private investor has acquired a medical mixed-use property in Pasadena in an all-cash deal. The 100% occupied property traded hands for $5.18 million, and was debt-free.

Located at 777 S. Arroyo Parkway in Pasadena, the property includes medical and retail tenants, including Pizza Hut, Subway and VCA Animal Hospital as well as a dental clinic and nail salon.

CBRE’s Alex Kozakov and Patrick Wade represented the unidentified private seller.
