Clothier Signs 25K Industrial Lease in Moonachie

MOONACHIE, NJ—Cactus Clothing Co. has signed a lease for 25,526 square feet of space at 175 Anderson Ave. here in a deal that will involve relocating warehouse/distribution operations from Carlstadt, NJ.

The lease transaction, reported by commercial brokerage firm NAI James E. Hanson, is for the entire industrial/flex building that was recently sold.

NAI James E. Hanson’s Jeff DeMagistris, SIOR, and Tom Vetter, SIOR, represented the landlord, 175 Anderson LLC, in the transaction. The team of DeMagistris and Vetter facilitated the property sale in April.
