LaTerra Launches Two Apartment Projects in Santa Monica
The two developments total nearly 100 units and include affordable apartments and ground floor retail.
Broadway & Cloverfield in Santa Monica will include five affordable apartment units as well as 8,500 square feet of amenities and 10,711 square feet of ground floor retail. Santa Monica & Yale will include four affordable units and 12,000 square feet of amenities and 10,337 square feet of retail in two three-story buildings.
Both projects are scheduled to deliver in fall 2020.
