A host of town leaders and representatives of the developers BNE Real Estate Group and Hornrock Properties were on hand for a recent ribbon cutting for the 252-unit luxury project.

HARRISON, NJ—Construction has been completed on the 257-unit One Harrison luxury rental property here.

The development team of Hornrock Properties of Park Ridge, NJ and Livingston, NJ-based BNE Real Estate Group recently held a ribbon cutting for the five-story development located at 1 Harrison Ave.

Harrison Mayor James A. Fife joined officials from BNE Real Estate Group and Hornrock Properties on June 20^th for the official grand opening for the property located along the Harrison waterfront.
